I am playing along in the Tag You're It Challenge this week.
The challenge is to create a tag that is inspired by this lovely design from Jeanne!

Inspiration Photo By Jeanne Jachna
I love how she has used the gold paper for her leaf die cut, so simple and elegant!
I used Jeanne's leaf theme, sequins and a touch of gold.
I have a second tag to share using the same idea...CAS is a real challenge for me!
To play along you can find the details here on the Tag Your It Blog
Thanks for looking!
- Stamps: Serendipity-1323 QCL Leaf Pops, 0581 Leaves
- Dies: Serendipity-040PD Leaf Pop Dies, Pretty Pink Posh-Stitched Duo 1
- Papers: Neenah 110, Bazzill hw, ep Fall Blessings
- Other: Sequins-Serendipity Mahogany6, ep-enamel dots, Outline stickers
These tags are gorgeous... I love the 'homespun' feel of them :)
ReplyDeleteI'm no CAS expert, but I have a starter tip that may help you... clear sequins or morning dew drops. They are a CAS lifesaver when a design needs more but you don't want to clutter it up!
Thanks for joining us at Tag You're It :)
You really captured the cozy warmth I love about fall! Beautiful leaves and papers on your wonderful tags! Thanks so much for joining in on the fun over at Tag, You're It!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the pattern paper you used for the leaves! Just adds so much richness to the fall look. What a lovely way to capture Jeanne's richness! The gold touches on the first tag are so subtle, and accent perfectly! And the 2nd's colors can't be mistaken for any season but fall. Love those mahogany dots! So glad you joined us at TYI!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tags!! I love the gold on the first - so elegant, and the layered embellies on the second are yummy! You always do beautiful work and I love seeing what you're doing!
ReplyDeleteHi Karen, you make me want to take this set out and make a few of my own. Gorgeous tags!
ReplyDeleteLove that you used the pattern paper on your leaves. Thank you for joining us at Tag You're It Challenge.
