The stencil that I chose to work with is PUDDLES, isn't it wonderful?!
The bg was made using the stencil and dropping alcohol inks onto Yupo paper. After drying, I dripped a few drops of colorless blender which added some lighter spots.
I love this quirky saying, "MY OWN WORLD"  from Impression Obsession. This is one of many fun designs from Yvonne Blair that are perfect for pairing with stenciled backgrounds.

MONSTER MASHING with RAINBOW TAPE!

These guys are doing the monster mash with Rainbow Tape!
This tape comes in either a Crepe or Metallic and several different widths. It colors beautifully, it sticks and it's easy to reposition!
Check out the Hobby Tape Blog  for more ideas and their online store.

Today I'm having some fun with Monsters, the good kind!
The stamps that I used are from Impression Obsession, Sara Beth and Cornelia. They are doing the Monster Mash!

I played around with some paper scraps and came up with this design.

Here is where the fun comes in!
I have used the Crepe tape in black 1/32 and 1/8. The tape has been run along the lines of the paper which makes the design come to life.

RAINBOW TAPE BASKET!

Weave a fall Basket with Rainbow Tape!
Use White Crepe Rainbow tape to weave a fall basket and then color it!

I used the Farm Fresh die set from Impression Obsession for the basket base. White Crepe tape was used alternating sizes of 1/4" and 1/8". This was taped onto the die cut then going under and over to create the basket. First I added some Copics for shading then rubbed lightly with a Cat's Eye in Creamy Brown.
The Hobby Tape takes color beautifully!

Some of the Leaf Stems were stamped onto the die cut layer.
The fun Fall Sunflower has been colored with Copics and fussy cut.
Foam tape was used to raise the basket and flowers which gives extra dimension for arranging the flowers and leaves!

IO FALLING FOR YOU!

Want a chance to win a $25 Impression Obsession Gift Certificate?
Play along HERE in the Fall Colors Challenge. It's easy to play and we love seeing your creations!

Get ready for fall with the IODT sharing some great ideas for those fall designs!

Lindsay Ostrom designed four mini leaf images.
The OAK, MAPLE and OAK TOO were used here.

They were colored with Copics, fussy cut and popped up using craft foam. I took a black Memento Dual Marker and colored around the cut edges so no white would show.
SHADES of AUTUMN also has a touch of color added to it.
The BG is embossed with the Quilted ef.
