IO - THE GIFT OF FRIENDSHIP!

FRIENDSHIP!
It's an Impression Obsession Thursday which means time for a new challenge! The theme is "Gift of Friendship". Join in and play along for a chance to win a $25 Gift Certificate to shop at IO. To find out how to play you can go to the Impression Obsession Blog to get all the details.

Take a look and see what all the IO friends have to share!

I am showing a "slider card" today.
I have stamped my background in Antique Linen using the Cover-a-Card Canvas stamp. The words describing a friend is one of the sentiment stamps from the Fabulous Friend set. I've used the NEW Instant Photo Frame and popped it up with foam tape.

The cattails and two different size dragonflies come together in the Cattail Die Set.

I have rubbed a hint of Inka Gold in Violet and Green Yellow on the dragonflies. The cattails and their foliage were rubbed with the gold. Love the subtle shimmer!

When the slider tab is pulled from the back, the frame rises and the word friend shows. The "friend" was actually a part of the stamp above. I used eclipse tape to mask it off so it would not show inside the frame. I then did the reverse masking so I could use the "friend" by itself.
Friends are truly to be cherished!
Have a wonderful day and thanks for looking!
