IMPRESSION OBSESSION~HAPPY FLOWERS!

IO has so many wonderful floral images and dies it was hard to decide!
As you can see, I ended up using several!
I inked up the Cheery Daisy Bouquet first. For my next image I used the Picnic Basket. After stamping this onto my paper, I stamped the basket again onto Eclipse tape (for masking). I cut my basket out of the tape and placed it over the stamped image. I was then able to stamp on top of the basket with my Sunny Flower Jar. When the tape is taken off...it gives the appearance that this jar of flowers is sitting behind the basket!


I ended up stamping one more flower arrangement, the Poise Picked Jar. This has been fussy cut and popped up in front. "Have a happy Day" was die cut with one of the tags from the Mini Rectangle Tags 1 Set.


"Thoughts of You" was used for the inside of my card, love this! I also added little snippets of the Geranium Bunch, Cheery Daises and Sunny Flowers.

SSCB #41~2 SPRING FEVER

The DT was given an extra addition to add to the challenge...we are to add a touch of gloss.

I have made a very simple card using the, "Nest in Tree" stamped in Memento, Rich Cocoa. The eggs were colored with Copics and Viva Gloss Gel was added. 


Here you can see the gloss that has been added to the eggs!


I wanted to show the nest used in a different way.
I started out with stamping the Nest in Leaf Green. Prisma colors were used along with Gamsol. I then fussy cut G45's, A Time to Flourish, March papers. Silicone was placed under the petals for added dimension. 


On the inside I have used the Happy Spring stamp.

How adorable is this little guy?! The Baby Elephant is great for a newborn, child's  birthday, or even a trip to the zoo card! Serendipity has both the Baby Girl and Boy stamp that is the perfect size to add onto a card.


The inside of my card has the New Congratulations Die.


 The design on the paper is a portion of the Beaded String BG stamp. I have added a splash of water color to it. I think that we all are loving the, "You Make me Happy" Stamp!

From Mondays Farm Girl to yesterdays Chickens and Roosters,  now we have Egg Bunnies! This is a sweet Egg Bunny Trio that has been highlighted with Pearlescent Chalks and a little Wink! I have used the inlayed technique on the Floral Panel Cutout and Easter Joy.

Roosters and Chickens! I'm still stuck on the farm and decided to go a little whimsy on this one, lol! The spots on the first rooster were inspired by artist, James Wiens. He's colored up with Copics and raised by running the die through three times, stacked and glued together. It's hard to see the different dimensions but the chicken wire frame has been popped up higher than the center layer. His straw is natural jute twine that has been unraveled. Adorned with a bow and a little hello.


I decided to "doodle" a little more using the same Roosters and Chickens Die Set! How cute is the Scribble Checkerboard Cover a Card for this background?!!  You are My Sunshine says it all!

THE FARM IS IN A BOX!

The Farm Girl die set was just begging to have a scene created in a box!


G45's Home Sweet Home paper collection paired perfectly with the NEW die set! 
The Leafy Branch Die was used for the tree. I have colored all the die cut pieces with a combination of Copics, inks and chalk. The  Buttons were die cut and used as layers under the chipboard pieces.


Love those ducks and rooster! The little clumps of grass from the NEW Mini Bunnies set were just the right size!

The background was created using the Small Butterfly Trio. They were stamped with Distress Ink onto a painted background I made. I have chosen the, "Like the Sun" stamp that was designed by Kalani Allred for my sentiment. The Gumdrop embellishment is from Tim Holtz and has been colored with one drop of alcohol ink!

The Fancy Butterfly Die was used on the inside.

PUDDLE JUMP!

I loved playing in the rain and splashing water while Puddle Jumping. This is another fabulous silhouette from Dina Kowal. I have stamped the image onto vellum with Wendy Vecchi's new Archival Ink in Sky Blue. It was then heat embossed with her matching embossing powder. IRL the blues really do match! The daisy is a NEW die from the Large Spiral Flowers. These flowers are fun to make and go with the smaller Spiral Flowers.

 I have an easy St. Patty's Day card to share with you. It was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed. I love the little shamrock that is at the tip of the,"Y"! I've embellished the card with a few stamps, sequins and a Tim Holtz Gumdrop!
